Can you meet our clients at the airport with a personalised name board?

Yes. StrasVan always provides a board in your client's name (or your agency's). Free flight tracking. A meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a complimentary bottle of water. For VIPs, a first-class-area welcome is possible where authorised.
Are you equipped to handle tourist groups of 8 or more?

The StrasVan Mercedes V-Class carries 8 passengers plus luggage. For larger groups, we deploy up to 3 synchronised vehicles (24 passengers), with a dedicated coordinator on site. Partner minibuses are available for groups of more than 25 people.
Can your chauffeurs act as a light tour guide?

StrasVan chauffeurs know Strasbourg, Alsace, the Wine Route and the must-see sites inside out. For professional tour commentary, we work with guides certified by the Tourist Office, and on request we include the guide in our overall quote.
How long does it take to confirm a booking?

StrasVan confirms standard bookings (transfers, full days) immediately. For groups or very busy periods (Christmas, summer, Europa-Park high season), we recommend booking 7 days ahead. In an emergency, we adapt to availability.
Do you accept payments in several currencies?

StrasVan invoices exclusively in euros, but your clients can pay in their own currency through your agency (you then settle with us in euros). We accept bank transfer, card payment (via a secure link) and payment within 30 days under contract.
