Yes. The StrasVan fixed corporate price covers everything: tolls (French, Swiss and German motorways), fuel and the chauffeur's on-site waiting time (up to 4 hours included). Beyond that, an hourly supplement is set in advance in the quote.
Can I work in the vehicle during the journey?

Absolutely. StrasVan's Mercedes V-Class vehicles are equipped with 4G Wi-Fi, USB and 220V sockets, folding work tables and three-zone climate control. There is generous room to open a laptop, so your team can hold a meeting or answer emails during the 4h30 run to Paris.

Do you accept corporate invoicing for these long trips?

Yes. StrasVan issues an invoice with recoverable French VAT (10%), payment by bank transfer and 30-day terms. For recurring business travel, StrasVan sets up a corporate account with negotiated pricing and centralised monthly invoicing. A free assessment is available on request.
