Which airport should I fly into for Europa-Park?
The closest airport to us is Strasbourg-Entzheim (SXB), about 56 km from Rust, so if your route allows it that is the easiest arrival. Baden-Baden/Karlsruhe (FKB) is the nearest German regional airport at about 81 km. EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse (~97 km), Zurich (~180 km) and Frankfurt (~237 km) are larger international hubs further out. We can meet you at any of them and drive you straight to your Europa-Park hotel.
Do you drive us all the way to our Europa-Park hotel?
Yes — door to hotel. We drop you right at your accommodation in the resort: Colosseo, Bell Rock, Santa Isabel, El Andaluz, Castillo Alcazar, the Krønasår museum-hotel or the Camp Resort, as well as Rulantica, the water world. Your driver helps with the luggage; there is no walk from a distant car park.
Can the van take our whole family with luggage for a multi-day stay?
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class seats up to 8 passengers and has a large boot — the whole family, suitcases, strollers and a booster seat travel together in one vehicle rather than being split across several cars. Child seats are provided free on request.
Do you track our flight if it is delayed?
Yes. We follow your real landing time, so an early or delayed flight is no problem: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign (meet and greet) and there is no rush after a long journey.
How much does a transfer to our Europa-Park hotel cost?
